🚧 Road Access: Please note that due to ongoing development in the area, the road access from Jalan Uluwatu is not fully paved. Guests may need to drive through sandy roads to reach the villa. Construction work at the property is generally carried out between 8 AM and 6 PM. However, as construction activities may also involve other contractors or nearby projects, we are unfortunately unable to fully predict or control any noise that may occur outside these hours. The level of activity may also vary depending on the current stage of the project. Due to possible daytime noise, we are offering reduced rates. If the noise is too disruptive during your stay, you may cancel, and we will refund the unused nights (Note; Cancellation has to be done the day before). However, if there is no significant noise, no further refund can be offered after acceptance of the booking. Please consider this before booking. Please Note: Our villa is located near a small local farm, so you may occasionally hear chickens from the neighboring area, especially in the morning. This is a natural part of the local surroundings.Deze accommodatie accepteert geen vrijgezellenfeesten en soortgelijke evenementen.
