Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within the property. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check-in. A damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check-in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. There is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property at a pre-arranged time to hand over the keys and check guests into the apartment. All check-ins after 19:00 on the date of arrival has to be confirmed with the property beforehand. All requests for late check-in are subject to approval by the property. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in as follows: GBP 50 from 19:00 to 21:59 GBP 90 from 22:00 to 00:59 Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking is required on arrival as identification for check-in.
