Online Check-in: • As required by Barcelona law, all occupants’ data must be registered. You will receive an email to provide these details online. • Online check-in must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, including the tourist tax and security deposit. Before your arrival: ClassBedroom will send you a link to check in online. Guests must register using an online form. This guest record will be sent to the police. Must be all payments made, including fees and deposit Upon arrival: • There will be no personal welcome at the apartment. • You access the buidng with a link and the apartment with a code. • Access instructions for the apartment will be provided one day before your arrival, only if the online check-in is completed. Additional Rules: • Groups: Parties, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not allowed. • Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the number originally booked. • Respecting Neighbors: Please avoid excessive noise at all times to respect neighboring residents. • Responsibility for the Apartment: You are responsible for returning the apartment and all its furnishings and equipment in good condition upon departure. • Lost Keys: €40 per set of missing keys.Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction without any refund.
