Dear guest, please be advised that maintenance work will be taking place on the exterior facade of the building where our apartment is located, from January 15th to March 15th. Specifically, during the months of January and February, there will be scaffolding outside, which may affect the view from the balcony. You may experience some noise during the day while the work is underway; however, all activities will conclude by 4:30 PM, and designated quiet hours will be observed.
