Please take into account the following important information before booking: • Towels, sheets and toilet paper: Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival. Replacement or changes during your stay are not included. • Towels: Please use the towels only inside the apartment. Do not take them to the beach, pool or outdoors. Please take good care of them and avoid difficult-to-remove stains. Towels with permanent stains or damage may be charged. Cots are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 30 per cot per booking. Subject to availability. If you require a cot, you must notify the property 24–48 hours before your arrival. • Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. • Check-in: Our standard check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday. Check-ins after 7 p.m. are subject to an additional fee: €30 for check-ins from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., €50 for check-ins from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for check-ins from midnight onwards. • If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the applicable check-in fee will be €30 for arrivals until 10 p.m., €50 for arrivals from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for arrivals from midnight onwards. • If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the applicable check-in fee will be €50 for arrivals until 10 p.m. and €100 for arrivals from 10 p.m. onwards. • Tourist Tax: The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied (€9.50 per person per night, for guests over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. Receiving a report or evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least EUR 400. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and on the balcony. Parties or meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of EUR 500 (in addition to the police fine). • Personal belongings: The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other loss of personal belongings that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
