Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Check-in after 20.00 and until 00.00 is subject to a surcharge of EUR 30. Arrivals after 00.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 50. An end-of-stay clean is included in the room rate. An additional cleaning service is available during you stay, upon request and subject to surcharge. Loud noise and music are not permitted in the apartments after 22:00. Parties or gatherings are not allowed, nor the consumption of alcohol in any area of the property. Groups booking more than one apartment may not enter any other apartments booked; all guests must stay in the apartment assigned to them. Failure to comply with these rules, or any substantiated complaint from neighbours, may result in the early termination of the booking without compensation.
