We do not accept any type of photocopy of documents, ID, or passport, according to the “Organic Law 4/2015 of March 30, on the protection of citizen security, in its article 25”. If you don’t have identification, you will not be able to stay at our hostel. City tax of EUR 1,93 must be paid in cash. Salou Family Apartment is not responsible for lost or stolen articles or any other values. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Do not allow any kind of BICI, normal or electric, skateboard, normal or electric, or E-scooters in the apartment, due to the risk of explosion. Salou Family Apartment offers the following services free of charge: Wi-Fi available all day, and tea and water. You are not allowed to use any kind of illegal substance or illegal elements. The towel we provide is free, and please use it only for showering. Do not use it outside the hostel, take it to the beach, or use it to clean makeup or any kind of stain. If you do so, we will charge you an extra EUR 20 as a penalty.
