If guests find any linen, including towels and bed linens, to be dirty or stained, they should report it immediately to the host with a clear image of the issue. If any linen is found to be stained or coloured after check-out, the guest will be charged a linen replacement fee of £25 per single piece of linen. This fee is intended to encourage guests to use the linen more responsibly and to help us maintain the quality and cleanliness of the linen for all guests. For stays longer than 14 days, Mid-Stay Cleaning – Additional Charges apply: to help keep the property comfortable and clean, a discounted mid-stay cleaning fee of £105 will be charged every 14 days from the check-in date. Alternatively, guests may choose a weekly mid-stay cleaning service at a discounted rate of £90 per week.
