Additional Guest Charges: We can accommodate up to 5 guests in our property at the base rate. If you plan to bring more than 5 people, there will be an additional charge of $75 per guest, per night. Additionally, we require the principal guest to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) during the booking process. If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be honored and subsequently the reservation will be cancelled. Guest Registration Form: You will be asked to complete a guest registration form. This helps us ensure that your stay is personalized and tailored to your needs. It also aids us in providing assistance during your visit. Primary guest minimum age: The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 25. Early check-in and late check-out, both subject to availability: Early Check-In: Available upon request for $40 per hour (first 2 hours); $80 per hour thereafter. Safety and Neighborhood Respect: To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, our property is equipped with a noise alert monitoring system. In addition, for everyone's safety, security cameras are installed around the outside of the home. No tampering with the security cameras is allowed. Your privacy and security are of utmost importance to us. Credit Card Authorization: $1,000 will be temporarily held during check-in to cover incidentals, extended stays, or any potential damages during your visit.
