All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. We accept infants under 2 years old, provided that a crib is available (if available). Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Failure to comply may result in denied entry. The use of the barbecue grill is only available for 2 night stays or more Energy - Saving & Key Policy: For environmental and energy conservation purposes, the property is equipped with an energy-saving card switch. The card activates the electricity, including the air-conditioning, and must remain in the designated holder while the property is occupied. Removing the card switches off the electricity. One key card is provided per booking. Please note that if guests leave the property separately, removing the card will switch off the electricity and the air-conditioning.
