Check-In / Out • Check-in: 4:00 PM or later • Check-out: by 10:00 AM Guests • Primary guest must be 25+ Quiet Hours • Quiet hours: 9 PM–9 AM • No parties or events Hot Tub • Follow posted guidance for safe use • The hot tub cover must remain attached to the cover lifter bar and should not be removed from the bar or placed on the ground, patio, walkway, or against the house • When the hot tub is not in use, the cover must be fully closed and secured with the clips, including between uses and overnight • Leaving the hot tub uncovered for an extended period of time, or removing the cover from the lifter bar, is not allowed because it can cause heat loss, water quality issues, and damage to the hot tub cover, lifter bar, and/or equipment Driveway • Paved steep shared driveway to the ridge Wi-Fi & Cameras • Please don’t touch the Wi-Fi equipment • Exterior cameras monitor the driveway, parking area, and front entrance area for safety • No cameras monitor the hot tub area • No interior cameras Safety & Wildlife • No shooting or hunting on the property • Please keep firearms secured inside the home Property • Your tiny home, fenced patio, hot tub, fire pit, and parking area are private for your stay. The only shared area is the driveway leading up the ridge to the two homes. Property Care / Mini-Split • Please keep doors and windows closed when the heat or air conditioning is running • Leaving doors or windows open while the mini-split is running can overwork the system and potentially cause damage • Please do not leave the front door open, as bugs, insects, and pests can get inside the home • Doors and windows should remain closed unless entering, exiting, or briefly airing out the home while the mini-split is off Additional fees may apply if violated • No smoking/vaping inside or on the property — $200 fee • No pets — $100/night, minimum $300 • Cleaning beyond standard turnover, including stains, waste, or unusual conditions — $200 fee • No EV/PHEV charging on-site — $100 fee • Loose trash in the outdoor trash can — $20 fee. All trash must be bagged and tied before being placed in the trash can, as loose trash may result in additional pickup and cleaning charges • Guests may be responsible for damage, service calls, excessive cleaning, water issues, or equipment problems caused by leaving the hot tub uncovered, unsecured, or removing the cover from the lifter bar • Guests may be responsible for mini-split damage or service calls caused by leaving doors or windows open while the heat or air conditioning is running Service Animals • Service animals are welcome per Airbnb policy • Please keep animal under control, housebroken, and do not leave it unattended • Please pick up waste promptly and dispose of it properly • Guests are responsible for any actual damage or extra cleaning, if neededGasten zijn verplicht om een ​​geldig identiteitsbewijs met foto en een creditcard te tonen bij het inchecken.
