If anything is damaged, broken, or not functioning properly during your stay, please notify us promptly. Registered Guests Only Only the guests included on the reservation may occupy the home. Additional guests or visitors require prior approval. Local bookings require prior approval; please contact us through the booking platform before booking. Maximum Occupancy & Gatherings The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Smoking & Marijuana Use Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations may result in additional cleaning, deodorizing, or repair charges. Outdoor Security Cameras For the safety of our guests and protection of the property, exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas only. Recorded footage is available to us around-the-clock and, with respect for the comfort and privacy of our guests, is reviewed only when needed for safety, security, or property-related concerns. Pets Approved dogs only. Please contact us through the booking platform to inquire prior to booking your stay. A maximum of two dogs under 25 lbs. each may be considered with prior approval. Pet fees, deposits, and additional requirements apply. Parking Parking is available in the driveway or garage for your convenience. The garage code will be provided at the home.
