The property will charge this deposit a few days before arrival. It will be collected via credit card and refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and it is left in the same condition as upon check-in. Online Contract & ID Verification: The property will contact you with an online contract that must be completed, along with submitting a valid photo ID, prior to arrival. This is required for check-in. Age Restriction & Arrival Information: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. This age requirement also applies to each adult in an all-adult group booking. The property reserves the right to request and obtain a valid photo ID and a selfie from each adult guest to verify their age. Parties and Events Not Allowed: This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Any unauthorized parties or gatherings may result in eviction. No Visitor Policy: Visitors are not permitted on the property unless previously arranged and agreed with the property owner in advance. This includes any non-registered guests. Violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 08:00. Please be respectful of neighbors and adhere to these hours. Early & Late Check-out: Early and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please note that if the property has same-day check-in or check-out, we may not be able to accommodate this request.
