Arrival & ID Requirements You will receive a secure digital check-in guide before arrival with full access instructions. For security purposes, guests are required to provide a valid photo ID and the card used to make the booking. Third-party bookings may require additional verification. Damage Deposit A £250 refundable damage deposit is required before arrival and will be securely held on a credit card. The deposit will be released within 7 days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Lost Keys Please take care of the property keys during your stay. Lost keys or emergency call-outs may incur a £50 replacement or attendance fee. Noise & Respect for Neighbours Lansdowne Place is located within a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbours at all times. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties & Events Parties, stag/hen groups, and events are not permitted at the property. Support During Your Stay While there is no on-site reception, the Airhost team is always available remotely and happy to assist with anything you may need during your stay. Special Requests We’re always happy to help where possible. If you have any special requests, please add them at the time of booking or contact us directly before arrival. Additional charges may apply depending on the request. Health & Safety Enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures are carried out throughout the property to maintain high standards of hygiene and comfort for every guest.
