Upon arrival, if you require access to the key box after the concierge service is closed, please ring 07901 550545 when you are at the carpark entrance and follow the video instructions we have sent you separately. The building is secure, so please use the black fobs provided to access the main entrance and some of the internal communal doors. Apartment 17 is located on the first floor. You will find a second key for the apartment on the coffee table. The property has internet access. The router is in the utility cupboard in the hallway, and the password can be found on the back of the box. Please feel free to enjoy gym access, the gym is located just next to the reception desk. We hope you enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time both in the apartment and exploring the beautiful city of York. Upon departure, please ensure door is locked and place one key on the coffee table and one key in the post box 17 located in the reception area.
