Visitors are not allowed in the property without prior approval. There will be a GBP 350 charge if guests are found breaking this rule. The maximum occupancy stated cannot be exceeded. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, there will be a GBP 350 charge. Guests who are late checking out from 11:00 until 13:00, will be charged a penalty fee of GBP 50. Any guest who is still in the property after 13:00 will be charged for an extra night.
