This spacious apartment features a main independent bedroom with a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a hot-water shower. The bright living room also serves as a second bedroom, offering two single beds and access to a second social bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and everything you need for cooking and storing food. Guests can enjoy a large terrace with beautiful views of the garden and surrounding mountains, as well as a private entrance, comfortable seating area, and wardrobe. The Gaira River is at 10-minute walk from the apartment, with a natural river beach nearby. We are located in a mountainous area where parking is very difficult.
