Edén Los Abuelos 2 is an entire and private floor of a two-floor building. For reasons of sustainability in an environment of high natural value, the cabin does not have air conditioning. However, we enjoy a very pleasant microclimate and most of the time you do not miss it. The village of Minca does not have drinking water and neither does the cabin. Guests must show a valid identification document upon check-in and on before the arrival they must fill out a form that will be shared through an automated message for the Colombian authorities. This spacious apartment features a main independent bedroom with a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a hot-water shower. The bright living room also serves as a second bedroom, offering two single beds and access to a second social bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and everything you need for cooking and storing food. Guests can enjoy a large terrace with beautiful views of the garden and surrounding mountains, as well as a private entrance, comfortable seating area, and wardrobe. The Gaira River is at 10-minute walk from the apartment, with a natural river beach nearby. We are located in a mountainous area where parking is very difficult. We have two free parking spaces on the property, but it is important to note that they cannot be reserved and are subject to availability.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
