SELF CHECK-IN PROPERTY — MANDATORY ACCESS CONDITIONS • This accommodation operates exclusively as a remote self check-in property. No reception, concierge, or on-site assistance is available. • Completion of the secure online pre-check-in procedure is a strict and non-negotiable condition of entry. • Access details (including entry codes, instructions, and property information) will be released only after all required steps have been completed and approved, including but not limited to: • Submission of full guest details for all occupants • Identity verification • Acceptance of house rules and terms of stay • Completion of any security or registration requirements Guests bear full responsibility for completing these requirements prior to arrival. Technical Issues & Communication Requirement • If any problem occurs during pre-check-in, guests must contact the host exclusively via the official booking platform messaging system no later than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. • Failure to report issues within this time frame constitutes acceptance of responsibility for unsuccessful access. Entry Codes & Access Restrictions • Codes are generated remotely and issued in advance only • Codes will NOT be provided at the property • Codes cannot be requested on arrival • No staff will attend to provide physical access • Assistance may not be available outside normal support hours Guests arriving without valid access instructions may be unable to enter the property. Failure to Complete Pre-Check-In Guests who fail to complete the required process and obtain access details before arrival will be deemed unable to check in due to non-compliance with mandatory conditions.
