Damage & Additional Cleaning Policy Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a reasonable condition. Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning or repairs are required, including but not limited to: Staining to bedding or towels (e.g. fake tan, makeup, hair dye) Marks or stains on carpets, upholstery, or furnishings Excessive cleaning of kitchen appliances, including ovens Damage to furniture, fixtures, or property contents Where items are damaged beyond cleaning, replacement costs may be charged. All charges will be fair and reflect the actual cost incurred. All requests for check-in and check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge.
