• Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not permitted. • If a party is held that requires police intervention, guests must leave the accommodation immediately. • In the event of property damage, the guest will be responsible for an additional penalty of up to €1,000, separate from the platform's deposit. • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. If cigarette butts are found during cleaning, the apartment smells, or ashes are scattered, a €250 property damage claim will be made. This condition excludes smoking on the balcony, provided that smoking is done exclusively outside with the window closed. ⸻ Check-in Policy • Check-in is fully automated. • Our co-host is available until 11:00 PM for any questions or issues. • If you need assistance outside of these hours, the charges are: • €20 for remote assistance. • €100 for in-person assistance. • In justified cases (age, disability, or other reasons communicated in advance), charges will only be waived if assistance is provided remotely and before 11:00 PM. • If remote assistance is required after 11:00 PM, this must be pre-arranged. • If remote assistance extends beyond 1:00 AM, a €20 fee will apply, even with justification. ⸻ Key Loss and Key Management • The fee for lost keys is always €20. • If the loss occurs before 11:00 PM and the guest follows the instructions to regain access without in-person assistance, only that amount will be charged. • If instructions cannot be followed or in-person assistance is required (at any time), a €100 fee will apply. • If the keys are not returned at the end of the stay, the guest will be deemed to agree to the automatic withdrawal of the €20 from Booking.com's damage deposit. ⸻ Forgotten Items • If you forget anything, you must notify us before your next check-in (3:00 PM on the same day as departure). • After this period, the property is not responsible. • In most cases, especially with clothing, items are disposed of for hygiene and logistics reasons. • If you request delivery of a forgotten item, you will be charged: • €15 for handling. • The applicable shipping operating costs. • By booking, you accept this policy and expressly waive the right to leave a negative review if unclaimed items are disposed of or shipped in a timely manner. ⸻ Included Services • A basic welcome kit with essential items for the first few days is provided. • It is designed to help you settle in comfortably and then do your personal shopping according to your own tastes.La struttura non è disponibile per feste di addio al nubilato/celibato o simili.
