Towels, sheets, and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. Baby cribs are subject to availability upon request for an additional charge of EUR 30.00 per reservation. If you require a baby crib, you must notify the property at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that additional guests above the maximum occupancy will incur an additional charge of EUR 10 per night. Please note that the check-in time is from 15:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday. Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 30 in cash, EUR 50 after 22:00, and EUR 80 after midnight is applicable for early check-in. The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply with an additional charge of EUR 6,25 per person per night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights. Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least EUR 400. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and on the balcony. Parties or meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of EUR 500, in addition to the police fine. The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
