Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

-If the arrival day is a local or national holiday or weekend, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, 50 EUR after 10 pm, and 100 EUR from 1 am.
-If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 or 01/01, the charges will be: 50 EUR until 10 pm, 100 EUR after 10 pm, and 150 EUR from 1 am.
-SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Any complaint or evidence of smoking will result in immediate eviction and a minimum fine of 400 EUR. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.
-NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If there is a complaint or intervention by neighbors, security, or police, a fine of 500 EUR will apply (in addition to any official fines).
