If you book a Half Board or Full Board package on the day of your arrival after 4:00 PM, please note that dinner cannot be guaranteed for that evening. The included dinner will instead be served as lunch during your stay. Marriage certificate : In accordance with local regulations, guests of Moroccan nationality travelling as a couple may be required to present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in. This requirement also applies to mixed-nationality couples when one of the guests is a Moroccan national and the other is a foreign national. This requirement does not apply to couples when both guests are foreign nationals. Late Arrivals & Check-in Policy: - Please carefully check your arrival date when booking a flight that lands around or after midnight. - Check-in begins at 2:30 PM on the official arrival date stated on the reservation. Arriving after midnight does not provide access to the room before the reservation has officially started. For example, for a reservation from 20 January to 25 January: • Arrival at 12:30 AM during the night of 19–20 January: the room cannot be accessed, as check-in only begins at 2:30 PM on 20 January. • Arrival at 12:30 AM during the night of 20–21 January: late check-in is accepted, as the reservation has already started. Please note that passing midnight does not constitute early check-in for a reservation beginning later that same day.
