If you book a Half Board or Full Board package on the day of your arrival after 4:00 PM, please note that dinner cannot be guaranteed for that evening. Marriage certificate : In accordance with local regulations, guests of Moroccan nationality travelling as a couple may be required to present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in. This requirement also applies to mixed-nationality couples when one of the guests is a Moroccan national and the other is a foreign national. This requirement does not apply to couples when both guests are foreign nationals. Late Arrivals & Check-in Policy: - Please carefully check your arrival date when booking a flight that lands around or after midnight. - Check-in begins at 2:30 PM on the official arrival date stated on the reservation. Arriving after midnight does not provide access to the room before the reservation has officially started. For example, for a reservation from 20 January to 25 January: • Arrival at 12:30 AM during the night of 19–20 January: the room cannot be accessed, as check-in only begins at 2:30 PM on 20 January. • Arrival at 12:30 AM during the night of 20–21 January: late check-in is accepted, as the reservation has already started. Please note that passing midnight does not constitute early check-in for a reservation beginning later that same day. Guests arriving shortly after midnight are therefore kindly requested to verify that their reservation includes the previous night if they wish to access their room immediately upon arrival.Los huéspedes deberán mostrar un documento de identidad válido y una tarjeta de crédito al realizar el registro de entrada.
