Upon check out, please ensure you take all of your personal items with you as regrettably, any left items to be posted back to you will incur a £10.00 administration fee plus cost of postage. Lost items will be disposed of one week after your departure date, inclusive. All rubbish/recycling must be removed from the apartment before/at departure. Regrettably, non-conformity will incur a £20 administration charge. Please ensure you do not lose the property keys or lock yourself out of the property. A replacement key fee of £10 will be charged in the event of lost keys and a call out charge of £40 will be applied if it is necessary for a member of staff to retrieve keys or replace them. Maximum number of guests staying at the property MUST NOT EXCEED TWO guests.The apartment Short Term Let licence application - (Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Short Term Lets) Order 2022 - allows a maximum of two persons per booking.
