Rest periods The rest periods are from Monday to Saturday from 22:00 - 6:00 as well as on Sundays and public holidays. 4. Parties / Events Parties/events are not allowed. 5. Pets Pets are not allowed. Except for assistance animals and house-pure hypoallergenic dog breeds. A prerequisite is a current vaccination protection against all dog diseases. In addition, they must be compatible with animals of all kinds. 6. Visitors Visitors and additional overnight guests are not allowed. With our consent, additional overnight guests can stay for a fee. 7. Parking For parking, a parking space is available directly in front of the house for free or in the carport on the left side of the building for € 4 per day. Entrance height max. 2.5 Meters. 8. Security When leaving the apartment, the doors and windows must be closed. 9. Airing the rooms When ventilating, the radiators must be turned off / turned off. Please ventilate the kitchen after every cooking and make sure that you do not flush food leftovers down the drain. In addition, we ask you to use the dishwasher only when it is full. Please return the dishes to the designated cupboards or collect them on the drainers. 12. Waste / Waste separation and recycling Waste must be separated. It must be separated according to organic waste, plastics, paper, glass and residual waste. Garbage cans are available in the carport for disposal. 13. Cleanliness and order We are not a hotel and do not charge any fees for the final cleaning. Therefore, the entire apartment must be kept clean. This gives us the opportunity to guarantee all guests a good standard at a good price. 14. Damages Accidents can happen. However, in order to avoid misunderstandings and annoyances, we ask you to report any damage to us immediately. In order to avoid general damage, we also ask you not to move any furniture in the apartment. 15. Theft Unfortunately, it happens again and again that items are taken away. Regardless of whether this happens consciously or unconsciously, it is always associated with damage for us and also with a reduced standard for subsequent guests. We will charge for any loss. 16. Arrival and departure Check-in from 15:00 to 18:00 Check-out from 06:00 am to 11:00 am 17. Keys Upon arrival, we will hand over a set of keys for the front door of the house and the apartment door. The keys must not be left in the lock cylinder from the inside, otherwise the access to the house and the apartment is blocked. If this is the case or if the loss of one or both keys has to be detected, the corresponding lock or locks must be replaced.
