Rest periods The rest periods are from Monday to Saturday from 22:00 - 6:00 as well as on Sundays and public holidays. 4. Parties / Events Parties/events are not allowed. 5. Pets Pets are not allowed. Except for assistance animals and house-pure hypoallergenic dog breeds. A prerequisite is a current vaccination protection against all dog diseases. In addition, they must be compatible with animals of all kinds. 6. Visitors Visitors and additional overnight guests are not allowed. With our consent, additional overnight guests can stay for a fee. 7. Cleanliness and order We are not a hotel and do not charge any fees for the final cleaning. Therefore, the entire apartment must be kept clean. However, in order to avoid misunderstandings and annoyances, we ask you to report any damage to us immediately. In order to avoid general damage, we also ask you not to move any furniture in the apartment. 15. Theft Unfortunately, it happens again and again that items are taken away. Regardless of whether this happens consciously or unconsciously, it is always associated with damage for us and also with a reduced standard for subsequent guests. We will charge for any loss. 16. Arrival and departure Check-in from 15:00 to 18:00 Check-out from 06:00 am to 11:00 am 17. Keys Upon arrival, we will hand over a set of keys for the front door of the house and the apartment door. The keys must not be left in the lock cylinder from the inside, otherwise the access to the house and the apartment is blocked. If this is the case or if the loss of one or both keys has to be detected, the corresponding lock or locks must be replaced.
