Prior to arrival, the property will pre-authorise the credit/debit card in the amount of GBP 400 per Townhouse Please note the property requires the card holder to be present and staying with the party, in order to verify the card details supplied at the time of booking. Please note due to the COVID pandemic we are requesting key information be sent to us digitally this is to speed up our check in process and cut down on contact. A nominal fee will be added to your invoice for cleaning fees these fees are variable and are based on lenght of stay and size of room. Please be advised that upon receiving your booking we will take up to approximately 30% of the total cost, from the card provided without further notice. This is part of our processing procedure in order to secure the property for your stay.
