A penalty fee of £150 will be charged for smoking anywhere on the property. Guests must provide their passport for verification purposes. Keys are stored in a keybox at the property. Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival may result in a revised check-in time, between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not included in the reservation will not be permitted. All guests are required to provide identification within 48 hours of the reservation being made and again upon check-in. This property does not accommodate hen or stag parties, or similar events. As the property is located in a residential area, guests are asked to avoid excessive noise. A noise-abatement policy is in effect between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition in which they found it. Check-out is at 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you check out late, or at a time other than the agreed schedule, a £55 late check-out fee will be applied.
