From a stay of 6 nights, a deposit is automatically taken and returned at the end of the stay after the cleaning service provider has visited within 7 working days. This will take only a few minutes. Make sure to select the passport document during check-in, rather than a UAE ID. 6. *Agency Fees*: Agency fees vary depending on the duration of your stay on the Smartkies platform. They are calculated based on the total reservation amount: - 14% per night - 12% per week - 10% per month 7. *Minor Guests*: Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during check-in. Please make sure to follow the instructions below on the day of your departure: – Send a photo of the television turned on to confirm that it is working properly and the screen is undamaged. – Place the parking card on the kitchen table and send a photo. – Turn off the air conditioning and send a photo of the control panel for confirmation. – Place the apartment key in the key box and send a photo as proof.
