Make sure to select the passport document during check-in, rather than a UAE ID. 6. *Agency Fees*: Agency fees vary depending on the duration of your stay on the Smartkies platform. They are calculated based on the total reservation amount: - 14% per night - 12% per week - 10% per month 7. *Minor Guests*: Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during check-in.
