# House Rules Welcome! We want you to have a wonderful stay. Please help us keep the house in great condition for all guests by following these simple rules. ## General & Damage * Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless agreed in advance. * Please treat the house, furniture, and equipment with care. Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible. * Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. ## Cleanliness * The accommodation should be left in a reasonably clean condition. * Please wash used dishes or place them neatly before departure. * Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided. * Excessive dirt, garbage, stains, or an unusually dirty property requiring deep cleaning may result in an **additional cleaning fee**. ## Linen & Towels * Please use towels only for personal hygiene. * Do not use bath towels for cleaning, removing makeup, or at the beach. * Damaged or permanently stained towels or linens may be charged. ## Toilet & Plumbing * **Do not flush toilet paper, wet wipes, sanitary products, tissues, diapers, or any other items down the toilet.** * Only human waste may be flushed. * Any plumbing blockage or septic damage caused by improper use will be charged to the guest. ## Electricity & Air Conditioning * Please switch off air conditioning, lights, and electrical appliances whenever you leave the house. * Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running. ## Water * Koh Phangan occasionally experiences water shortages. Please use water responsibly. * Lost or broken keys or lock replacement may be charged. ## ## Housekeeping * Complimentary housekeeping is provided on weekly basis * Additional cleaning, linen changes, or towel changes are available upon request for an additional fee. ## Charges By making a reservation, guests agree that additional charges may apply for: * Damage to the property or its contents. * Missing items. * Violation of house rules. * Excessive cleaning required after check-out. * Plumbing repairs resulting from improper use of the toilet. * Any costs incurred due to negligent or intentional misuse of the property.
