Damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, Payment is collected 13 day prior to your arrival (accommodation fee and cleaning fee included). You can cancel for free up to 14 days prior to arrival.
The lead guest must be 21 years old to complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date.
For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee.
