Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are available at this property upon request and are subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge of AUD 100 per hour will apply for late check-out without prior notice. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Smoking will incur an additional charge of AUD 1000. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For last-minute bookings, we still require a quick verification—please send a selfie while holding the credit card used for the reservation. This helps us ensure secure processing. Thanks for your understanding! >>By attending the property, you agree to the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent for signing at the time of booking. >>Guests must provide a copy of their ID (front and back) and a selfie photo for security and insurance purposes. >>A security deposit (bond) is required and will be authorised separately. Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction. >>No schoolies or toolies permitted. >>The property hosts up to 4 adults comfortably. Larger families/groups may be considered upon request — please contact us in advance. >>If more than 4 adults are booked without prior approval, and no response is received to our requests within 30 days of check-in, the booking will be cancelled with no refund. >>Parking is limited: maximum of 1 car. >>Special requests ( ie extra bedding) must be made 48 hours in advance. >>Last-minute requests incur a $100 setup fee (minimum 2 hours’ notice required). >>Same-Day Booking Policy: Bookings must be made before 6:00 pm. Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply. Guests are liable for all costs from breaches or damages. Security staff may inspect the property if issues arise. Unauthorised guests: Bond forfeited + immediate eviction. Parties / functions / gatherings: loss of Bond plus an additional $3,000 fine + booking terminated with no refund. Smoking: $1,000 “Smoke Damage” cleaning fee. Neighbour complaints / police involvement: Bond forfeited + $3,000 fine. Group stays ie Special occasion stays (boys/ girls weekends or similar events – A higher bond of up to $5,000 may be required. Please contact us for approval before booking. Late check-out without notice: $100 per hour (cleaners waiting fee). Early check-in: may be requested within 24 hrs of arrival (subject to availability, may incur a fee). Late check-out: must be requested at least 24 hrs before departure (subject to availability, may incur a fee). Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior written approval has been granted.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
