(Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply. Guests are liable for all costs from breaches or damages. Security staff may inspect the property if issues arise. Unauthorised guests: Bond forfeited + immediate eviction. Parties / functions / gatherings: loss of Bond plus an additional $3,000 fine + booking terminated with no refund. Smoking: $1,000 “Smoke Damage” cleaning fee.
