Damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

A guest relation will meet and greet the tenant at the apartment to welcome and check them in. They will show the tenant the apartment, its facilities and introduce them to the area.
Any request for additional key(s) should be made prior to arrival. Please note there may be a charge for this.
Check-in and check-out outside of advertised times is only possible by prior arrangement and is subject to additional charge.
At the time of the check out the tenant must ensure:
-The property is left in a clean and tidy condition.
-To lock the property and put the keys through the letterbox (unless instructed otherwise).
-Ensure all the lights are switched off.
-All the heating is reset (switched off).
-All rubbish should be left in the waste disposal room/site.
Please note if the tenant fails to comply with these requirements, any cost incurred will be deducted from the security deposit or additional charges will be made.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
