Please take into account the following important information before booking: Towels, sheets, and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacements or changes during your stay are not included. Cots are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 30 per booking, subject to availability. If you require a cot, you must notify the property 24-48 hours before your arrival. A surcharge of EUR 10 per person, per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. Please note that early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability. Please note that check-in hours are from 15:00 to 19:00, from Monday to Friday. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in even if the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, as follows: EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00. EUR 50 from 22:00 to 00:00. EUR 80 after 00:00. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in on 25/12, 26/12 and 01/01 as follows: EUR 50 from 19:00 to 22:00. EUR 100 after 22:00. The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (EUR 9.50/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights). Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least EUR 400. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. Parties or meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of EUR 500 (in addition to the police fine). The safety of personal belongings is the sole responsibility of the guest.
