The building's swimming pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm, on Mondays it will always be under maintenance except for holidays, when it is a holiday it will be closed on Tuesday. - Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a hot water system, but we assure you that the water in Cartagena is very warm thanks to the tropical climate throughout the year. - The apartment is exclusively for families. It is not a value per person.
