Please note that access to the apartment is provided via virtual keys or a code. Check-in is handled through a link that we send upon confirmation of your booking. All guests must complete the registration process via this link before arrival—which includes uploading photos of their identification document and a selfie, as well as signing the guest registration form/rental agreement—so that the information can be submitted to the Ministry of the Interior, in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, regarding the registration of guests in tourist accommodation and hotels. Once registered, you will receive the virtual keys to access the apartment. If you prefer not to complete the online check-in, you may request an in-person check-in at the apartment for a fee of €30. Alternatively, you may visit our office between 10:30 and 14:30 to complete the registration.
