Access to the apartment will be through the Staymyway app. All guests must complete the registration of their identity documents, which includes uploading photos of the documents and a selfie, as well as signing the guest registration/ rental agreement through the Staymyway app before their arrival at the apartment. This is required to comply with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, regarding the registration of guests in tourist accommodations/hotels, and to send the information to the Ministry of the Interior. Once the Check-in is completed, guests will receive the virtual keys to access the apartment. If any guest prefers to complete the registration of their identity documents in person, they may request an in-person Check-in at the apartment, with an additional fee of €30. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
