Guests with very low-clearance vehicles may prefer street parking. A 7 kW Type 2 EV charger is available for optional guest use at A$15 per night per vehicle. Five exterior Ring cameras cover the driveway, carport, front entry, backyard and LPG-cylinder area. There are no cameras inside the home. A Minut noise-decibel and environmental monitor is located in the living area. It monitors sound levels and environmental conditions but does not record conversations, audio or video. Entry doors use smart contact sensors for property security. These sensors do not contain cameras or microphones. The property also uses a smart water-monitoring and leak-detection system on the main water supply. All guests must take appropriate care when using balconies, decks and stairs. Children and anyone requiring supervision must be closely supervised by a responsible adult in these areas. Guests must not sit, stand or climb on balcony or deck balustrades, railings or barriers. Guests may be responsible for actual reasonable costs arising from damage, missing items, excess cleaning or other recoverable loss caused during the stay.
