Villa with an indoor, heated pool (9x4 m), located on a large plot of land ideal for relaxing with family or friends. Enjoy walks in the countryside and nearby tourist attractions (castles, cathedrals, museums, farms, zoo). The coast is accessible in 45 minutes (Deauville, Trouville, Cabourg, Honfleur). For weekend stays, check-in and check-out times are flexible (early arrival and late departure). The accommodation has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower + sink + WC). One of the bedrooms is located in the basement (stairs to go down). A large living room with dining area and open kitchen (60m2) will allow you to spend convivial moments. You have direct access to the heated indoor pool via the living room. Outside, there is a playground, badminton net, table tennis, football goals, trampoline, terrace with lounge furniture, dining table and barbecue (charcoal).
