Registered Guests Only The apartment may only be occupied by guests registered in the reservation. Visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted. 2.3. Mandatory Cleaning for Long Stays For stays longer than 10 days, mandatory cleaning is required every 7 days. House Rule Violations Any violation of the house rules may result in: A €200 penalty per violation Immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund Charges for damages or additional costs applied to the credit card used for the reservation 2.5. Keys All keys must be returned to their original location at check-out. 2.6. Access for Owner or Management Guests must allow reasonable access to the apartment when required for maintenance, inspections, or emergencies. 3. CHECK-IN OPTIONS 3.1.
