Additional Rules *Security Deposit A security deposit of 500 € is required 7 days before your arrival via bank transfer. This security deposit is intended to cover, if applicable: damage to the rental property or its furnishings; missing or damaged items; the cost of replacing missing items (dishes, glasses, silverware, small appliances, etc.); the cost of special professional cleaning if the rental property is not returned in a normally clean condition. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 15 days of departure, following the property inspection, provided that no damage, missing items, or exceptional professional cleaning is found. *Bedding and Bath Towels Guests may bring their own bedding at no charge or rent the sets provided by the property. Rental rates: €12 per person for a complete set of bed linens; €5 per person for a set of bath towels. All beds in the cottage are single beds measuring 90 × 200 cm. Double beds consist of two single beds placed side by side. They are not double beds with a single mattress. Each person must therefore bring appropriate bedding, including: 1 fitted sheet measuring 90 × 200 cm; 1 duvet cover suitable for a single duvet (140 × 200 cm); 1 pillowcase. Bed linens brought by guests must fit the beds properly and adequately protect all bedding. Guests are not permitted to sleep directly on mattress protectors, pillow protectors, comforters, blankets, or bedspreads. If this rule is not followed and exceptional professional cleaning or replacement of bedding items is required, the actual costs incurred may be charged. *Condition of the Accommodation The accommodation must be returned in a normally clean condition, consistent with reasonable use. If the accommodation requires special professional cleaning (for example, due to unusual dirtiness, persistent odors, or improper use of equipment), the actual costs incurred may be charged. *Missing or Damaged Items Any breakage, damage, or loss of items (dishes, glasses, silverware, small items, decorations, furniture, equipment, etc.) may result in a request for reimbursement equal to their replacement value. *Damage Any damage caused to the accommodation, its furnishings, or its equipment may result in a claim for compensation. *Acceptance of the Rules By confirming their reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read these house rules and agree to abide by them for the duration of their stay.La struttura non è disponibile per feste di addio al nubilato/celibato o simili.
