Property is a five-minute walk from the key collection point. The is a privately owned unit in a residential building and it is not a hotel. The building concierge will not have any information about your reservation and does not handle key pick-up or drop-off. Please contact the owner in advance using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation to arrange a time for key collection and check in. Guests are advised to not interact with the concierge since they are not registered residents of the building and are not listed on the system. Concierge only serves the registered residents. We will be your main contact at all times for anything in connection with the booking. Occupancy is strictly restricted to the number of guests listed on the Reservation. Violation will result in forfeiture of all monies paid including the security deposit and the reservation will be immediately cancelled Guests will be provided with a set of rental rules shortly after the booking, which the guest much acknowledge their acceptance to or discuss in advance if they seek any exceptions. Property will contact the Guests to go over all important details to ensure that both parties are aligned on the expectations in order to have a mutually beneficial experience Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
