Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. 1) All pets must be approved in advance. Only dog is allowed and no more than 1 dog. Please inform us of the type and breed of your dog when booking. Aggressive dog breeds (e.g., Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, etc.) are not allowed. 2) Pet rules: • House-Training and Supervision Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved. Dogs should not left unattended in the property unless crated or confined in a secure area. • Furniture and Bedding Pet are not allowed on furniture or beds unless covered with your own pet bedding. Please bring your own pet bedding and supplies. • Clean-Up Responsibility Guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside the property. Pet waste must be disposed of properly in the outdoor trash bin. • Noise Control Excessive barking or other disruptive noises are not permitted, especially if it may disturb neighbors or guests in the upper unit guests. • Outdoor Safety: Do not leave pet food or water outside, as it may attract skunks or other wildlife. Do not let your pets outside unattended, especially at night, due to the risk of being sprayed by a skunk or encountering other animals. • Pet-Related Damage and Liability Guests are fully responsible for any damage, odors, stains, or injuries caused by their pets. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply. • Checkout Cleanliness Before checkout, please 1) Remove all pet hair, 2) Dispose of any pet waste properly using waste bags and place them in the outdoor trash bin, and 3) Report any pet-related issues. A post-stay inspection will be conducted to assess for damage or excessive fur. 3) For guest safety and property security, we have outdoor security camera located at the front of the building facing the entry gate and parking spaces. The camera records video and is monitored for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property or in private areas. 4) No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. A $100 per night fee will be charged for any unauthorized guest. Repeated violations may result in cancellation without refund.
