Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. Please note that the reservation will be canceled if the number of guests exceeds the total occupancy allowed. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Registration is required by the county to be completed guests must present a valid ID. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
