I look forward to welcoming you to my house, which dates back to the 1930s. Renovated with eco-friendly materials, it features a wooded garden. Set back from a one-way street, it is located in a quiet neighborhood. The ground-floor bedroom, "Le Coq de Jean," consists of a 140x190 cm bed with a private en-suite bathroom. The "Petit Théâtre" bedroom on the first floor consists of a double bed. Its suite is located in an independent room, which consists of two twin beds. The bathroom is shared, with a separate toilet; ideal for families or friends. The bedrooms have an entrance independent from the main house. Parking is private and secure. You will be able to walk to all the amenities in the village center, including local shops, festivities, restaurants, the theater, the cinema, the market, and all other cultural and sports activities. As a native of Valréas, I know the region well. I will be happy to point out beautiful places for you to discover.
