It is a temporary hold that is automatically released after your stay and is only used for damages, with full transparency and documentation. After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to complete the security deposit authorization and identity verification. Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends to our property! Please note that only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two per reservation, and a pet fee will apply. To ensure a smooth check-in, kindly inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. This helps us prepare the home accordingly and make your stay as comfortable as possible. A/C: To keep the cooling system running smoothly, please keep the thermostat set at 72ºF or above.
